Would be interesting to post both the old and new sprite(s) for comparisons!
The old sprite is the one currently used and in the screenshots. The linework still isn't finished there and he is brown and grey instead of properly brown and orange.
Looks good, can't wait to see him in action if you know what I mean ; )
